Park Overview

East Frankfort Park is one of Frankfort's original parks. At approximately 46 acres, this park offers several different recreational opportunities. The park is home to 2 baseball & softball fields used for youth sports. Batting cages are available for your little ones to get in that practice time. The park also has 2 picnic shelters that you can reserve for a family reunion, wedding or baby shower, business outing or other functions. Each of the two shelters have restrooms and a children's playground near by for your function or if your just visiting the park for a couple of hours.

Park Facilities & Amenities

East Frankfort is also home to three of our most popular amenities, a dog park, three pickleball courts and an 18 hole disc golf course. The dog park is free and open to the public year round and has several pet friend obstacles, a fence surrounding the facility and access to water. The three pickleball courts are open for public use and there are multiple leagues through out the year. The 18 hole disc golf course is open year round for public play and the Frankfort Disc Golf Association host multiple tournaments a year.
